Where can I shop in person?
Visit Shop Orange You Glad at 36 E Main St, Suite 102, Chattanooga, TN 37408. The shop is open Thursday–Saturday from 12–6 and Sunday from 12–4.
What are the shipping and pickup options?
The store advertises free shipping on orders over $100, plus free local delivery and pickup. For order-specific questions, email hello@shoporangeyouglad.com.
What is the return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 21 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, and other odors, and include their original tags.
Which items are final sale?
Sale items, jewelry, bodysuits, and hats are final sale.
